青岛伊森化学有限公司生产的碳氢树脂产品是石油裂解的C9或C5馏分，经不同的催化聚合工艺流程，蒸馏而成的树脂状物质。

根据中华人民共和国化工行业标准HG2231-9树脂标准，由加工工艺不同分为十几种牌号。并且我公司还自主开发了ES系列产品，该产品广泛应用于橡胶、油墨、油漆、涂料、粘合剂和陶瓷石油钻井等行业 。

石油树脂在不同行业中的使用性能及作用：
A、油漆
　　 油漆主要使用高软化点的C9石油树脂、DCPD树脂、C5/C9共聚树脂，油漆加入石油树脂能够增加　油漆光泽度，提高漆膜附着力、硬度、耐酸、耐碱性。
B、橡胶
　　 橡胶主要使用低软化点的C5石油树脂、C5/C9共聚树脂及DCPD树脂。此类树脂和天然橡胶胶粒有很好的互溶性，对橡胶硫化过程没有大的影响，橡胶中加入石油树脂能起到增粘、补强、软化的作用。特别是C5/C9共聚树脂的加入，不但能增大胶粒间的粘合力，而且能够提高胶粒和帘子线之间的粘合力，适用于子午线轮胎等高要求的橡胶制品。
C、粘合剂行业
　　 石油树脂具有很好的粘接性，在粘合剂和压敏胶带中加入石油树脂能够提高粘合剂的粘合力、耐酸性、耐碱性以及耐水性，并且能够有效地降低生产成本。
D、油墨行业
　　 油墨用石油树脂，主要是高软化点C9石油树脂、DCPD树脂。油墨中加入石油树脂能起到展色、快干、增亮的效果，提高印刷性能等作用。
E、其它
　　 树脂具有一定的不饱和性，可用于纸张上胶剂，塑料改性剂等 。

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The hydrocarbon resin of Qingdao Eastsun Chemical Corporation Limited is resin form matter distilled from C9 or C5 composition of oil splitting through Series of catalyzed and polymerized crafts flow.

According tothe chemical industry standard HG2231-91 or the People's Republic of China,the Hydrocarbon resin is divided into two series ES and SC,more than ten types as per the process.We ourselves opened up ES-130 series,which is widely used in the field of rubber,printing ink,painting,dope,bond,pottery and drilling etc.

ES-G series is special resin using in road marking paint,which bears good character of compression resistance、anti-pollution、appropriate flow rate an rapid dryness and keep original excellence of PR3 series,such as light color,low acid value,anti-aging,good stability,it is fine linking agent of road marking paint.

ES-D compound resin is new model rubber agent derived from Hydrocarbon resin,which bearing good viscosity,strong softening ang fine dissolving character,improving remarkably adherence of compound.This kind of resin can decrease the dosage of natural rubber,which is widely used in meridian tyre industry and shoes produces.

ES-W printing ink compound resin of high-grade bears good property of mixed dissolving,fow rating,fine adherence and luster etc.
